Our Managed Care division is dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality dental health care available as determined by your insurance plan guidelines. We aid you in obtaining whatever insurance benefits are available to you, but our treatment recommendations are based upon professional training, expertise and experience, regardless of your coverage guidelines.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide the entire family with the best possible comprehensive treatment available.

Our managed care practice participates with most dental insurances. However, we realize that many potential patients do not have dental benefit coverage. In order for these patients to have the opportunity for proper preventive and restorative dentistry, we provide a private, in-office dental plan, “The In-House Plan”, at our conveniently located, quality dental care facility.

The In-House Plan program requires no claim forms, deductibles or maximums for benefits and pre-existing conditions will not exclude any services.

This is not an insurance plan, but our way of providing the best dental care possible to the uninsured patient.

EACH YEAR THE PLAN PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Semi-annual evaluations of your dental health
  • Two professional cleanings by our Hygienists
  • Two exams by our Dentists
  • One set of Bitewing x-rays with exam
  • Two fluoride treatments for children under 16

All other elective services are at a considerable savings. Services and fees are covered for a one year period by the non-refundable enrollment fee, which is renewable on the anniversary date. Services are non-transferable and payment is due at time of service. All services must be completed with one year of enrollment, however a one month grace period is provided for work in progress.

The In House Plan is based on a single, adult or child patient, paying a yearly enrollment fee.*
