Fees are due on the date of service. A 5% courtesy discount is given to all patients who pay their balance in full on the day of service.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance carrier for you. It is requested that you pay in full, or at least your estimated personal balance, on the day of service. Any overpayment on your account after insurance payments are posted will be promptly refunded to you.
Statements are mailed monthly and expected to be paid in full unless other arrangements have been made with the staff. A rebilling fee of $2.00 is added to all statements on which no payment is made each month.
CareCredit® is an outside source of revolving credit, which offers flexible payment options for patients. It is similar to a conventional MasterCard™ or Visa™ credit line, but its use is restricted to dental and medical services. CareCredit® can be applied for at our office. Please call us with any questions.
