The business office is available to accept calls from 12:00 pm on Monday and from 9:00 am. Tuesday through Friday.

The hours during which your personal doctor is available for appointments will vary. Please check with the staff for appointment availability or other specifics for each private practice.

We make every attempt to remain on schedule, and take great pride in our general ability to do so. All care is provided during pre-scheduled appointments. Walk-ins are not seen at Dental Care Associates. This allows us to attend to scheduled patients promptly and professionally.

If, for any reason, an appointment must be cancelled, please give us a 24 hour notice. This allows us to serve other patient’s needs in your place. If abuse of this policy is deemed to be excessive, we will choose not to reappointment you at Dental Care Associates.

Please allow ample time for your dental visit. We cannot give you optimal care if part of your scheduled visit is consumed either by tardiness or another outside commitment scheduled too closely after your visit with us.
