Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made prior to treatment. Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding our fees and policies, including Care Credit for involved treatments. Care Credit is a Health Care Card with affordable financing options. Also, we gladly accept most flex plan payments.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Your estimated co-pay and deductible will be collected at the time of service and any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Monthly statements are sent and your prompt remittance is appreciated.
